When something fails, we trace the fault to its cause, make the system safe and put it right. We carry out reactive maintenance and fault rectification for commercial and residential buildings.

Visits are planned around the people using the building. Every test is logged, you get results and certificates you can file, and anything that needs attention is explained and priced before we do it.

Yes, by arrangement. In a building that stays open, shutdowns can be done out of hours or area by area, so it keeps running.
