Fit-outs, refurbishments and upgrades in buildings people are still using. We plan the shutdowns, work to your programme, and hand over with every certificate in place.

We install, upgrade and maintain the electrics in commercial buildings: intakes and distribution, power and lighting, LED upgrades, fire alarm and emergency lighting, data, and the power for plant rooms, lifts and kitchens. Most of it is in offices, schools, shops and clubs that stay open while we work.
We work as the electrical subcontractor for main contractors, or direct for owners and facilities teams. We come to the coordination meetings and keep to your programme. Shutdowns are agreed with you in advance, out of hours or area by area, so the building keeps running.
As a NICEIC Approved Contractor, we test and certify everything to BS 7671. At handover you get the electrical installation certificates and test results, fire alarm and emergency lighting certificates, and O&M information for the building manager.
The building is already in use, so the job is as much about planning around people as it is about wiring.
