Belgrave Harriers
An EICR and everything it called for, from a new board to emergency and LED lighting, done in two weeks around a clubhouse still in use, for EAP Devlin & Sons.
Appliances inspected, tested, labelled and listed in a register.
The quality of the work was fantastic… work carried out in a busy shop and wellbeing centre.
We inspect and test portable electrical equipment, label each item and list it in a register, so you can show it's being maintained. We carry it out for commercial and residential buildings.
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require equipment at work to be maintained so it's safe, and PAT is the usual way to show it. How often depends on the equipment and where it's used, following the IET Code of Practice for In-service Inspection and Testing of Electrical Equipment.
PAT covers equipment that plugs in. The fixed wiring is covered by an EICR.
Visits are planned around the people using the building. Every test is logged, you get results and certificates you can file, and anything that needs attention is explained and priced before we do it.
Not as such. The law requires equipment at work to be kept safe, and PAT is the usual way to show it is. In England, landlords don't have to PAT test under the 2020 private rented sector regulations, but any appliances they supply must be safe.
Yes, by arrangement. In a building that stays open, shutdowns can be done out of hours or area by area, so it keeps running.
Surrey and South London, including Sutton, Epsom, Esher, Wimbledon, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Morden, Mitcham, Banstead and Leatherhead. For larger packages we'll travel further.
