Belgrave Harriers
An EICR and everything it called for, from a new board to emergency and LED lighting, done in two weeks around a clubhouse still in use, for EAP Devlin & Sons.
Scheduled testing, inspection and servicing, so faults are found before they stop the building. Visits are planned around the people using the building.
Would thoroughly recommend Frontline Electrical. Had several jobs done with them. Always honest , reliable and sensibly priced.
A planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programme puts the testing and servicing a building needs on a schedule, rather than waiting for something to fail. We carry it out for commercial and residential buildings.
A programme can take in periodic inspection and testing to BS 7671, monthly and annual emergency lighting tests, fire alarm servicing, PAT, and the remedial work any of them turns up. We agree the visits and their order with you.
The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require the installation to be maintained so it stays safe, but don't set dates. Most owners follow the intervals the IET recommends, and insurers and leases often set their own.
Visits are planned around the people using the building. Every test is logged, you get results and certificates you can file, and anything that needs attention is explained and priced before we do it.
Whatever the building needs: usually periodic inspection and testing, emergency lighting tests, fire alarm servicing and PAT, with any remedial work priced before it's done. We agree the list and the dates with you.
The law doesn't set a date. The Electricity at Work Regulations 1989 require the installation to be kept safe, and most owners follow the IET's recommended maximum intervals: five years for offices, shops and schools, and three for industrial units. Your insurer or lease may ask for less, and the last report can set a shorter date.
Yes, by arrangement. In a building that stays open, shutdowns can be done out of hours or area by area, so it keeps running.
Surrey and South London, including Sutton, Epsom, Esher, Wimbledon, Croydon, Kingston upon Thames, Morden, Mitcham, Banstead and Leatherhead. For larger packages we'll travel further.
