We take on the whole electrical package for apartment blocks and housing schemes: landlord intake and metering, containment through the risers, first and second fix in every home, lighting, fire alarm, data and smart controls, with EV charging and solar where the scheme needs them.
The work is phased plot by plot to your build programme, alongside the other trades. Every home is tested before second fix as well as at handover.
Each home is handed over with its electrical installation certificate, test results and circuit chart. The building gets its fire alarm, emergency lighting and landlord supply certificates and O&M information, so the sales team and the managing agent have what they need.
A new build is a different job from a refit. Nobody lives there yet, so the pressure is keeping pace with the other trades and having every home certified when it's sold.
