Yes, for the work that needs it. In England, new circuits, consumer unit replacements and some work in bathrooms are notifiable under Part P of the Building Regulations. As a NICEIC Approved Contractor we self-certify it: NICEIC tells your council's building control, and you get a Building Regulations compliance certificate.
