We work up the electrical layouts from your drawings and spec, agree them with you, then install them plot by plot to the build programme.
Design starts from your drawings, specification and house types. The lighting, power and data layouts are worked up for each house type and agreed with you before the first plot starts, so changes are made on paper rather than on site.
Installation then follows the build programme plot by plot: first fix once the building is weathertight, second fix after plastering, and testing before handover. Repeating an agreed layout across each house type keeps the programme predictable, and any change on a single plot is recorded on that plot's drawings, so its certificate and as-fitted information match what's installed.

Every plot is tested before second fix and certified to BS 7671 by a NICEIC Approved Contractor, with the certificates ready for sale.
