We install the lighting and heating controls in each home and set them up, so they work from the day the buyer moves in.
The controls are agreed with you at the design stage, house type by house type, so the wiring goes in at first fix rather than being added later: neutrals at the light switches, cables to the thermostats and heating zones, and data where the system needs it.
Before handover, each home's controls are set up, tested and left ready for the buyer, with instructions in the handover pack. A widely supported system makes it easier for buyers to add devices later and to get help from someone other than the original installer.

Every plot is tested before second fix and certified to BS 7671 by a NICEIC Approved Contractor, with the certificates ready for sale.
