We install the intake, then the meters, isolators and landlord supply, so every unit has its own metered supply ready for buyers.
The intake is planned early, because the new supply and the position of the meters shape the building's layout and the programme. We install the main switchgear, the meter positions and the cabling to each unit, with an isolator for every home, so one can be switched off without affecting its neighbours.
The landlord supply feeds the shared areas, such as communal lighting, door entry, the fire alarm, lifts and any plant, and it's metered separately so the running costs can go to the management company. Every supply is labelled with the unit it serves, ready for the energy suppliers to fit meters and for buyers to move in.

Every plot is tested before second fix and certified to BS 7671 by a NICEIC Approved Contractor, with the certificates ready for sale.
Yes. We install the landlord intake, meters and isolators for every unit as part of the package.
The developer, or someone acting for them, applies to UK Power Networks for the new connection, usually early in the project because of the lead time. We coordinate our intake and metering work with the connection, so everything is ready when the supply is switched on.
