That's the kind of job we plan for. At Belgrave Harriers' clubhouse we carried out the EICR, fitted a new distribution board and replaced the lighting while the club kept running. Offices and shops get the same approach, and landlords of converted flats come to us for EICRs and the remedial work that follows.
