The complete electrical package for eight high-end apartments, each tested before second fix, with zero defects at handover and repeat work from the client since.
A developer appointed us to deliver the full electrical installation for eight high-end apartments in Esher: an 18-month package, from first fix through to final commissioning and certification.
The brief was a discreet, high-quality installation that supported the architectural finish and was built to last. That meant a high standard of workmanship, close coordination with the other trades, and attention to detail to meet the client's premium finish.
A dedicated site supervisor and an experienced team ran the job from start to finish. We worked in clearly defined phases, completing and testing each apartment on its own before moving on to second fix and final commissioning, so anything that needed putting right was found while the walls were still open.
Late design changes were absorbed without moving the handover date, and the client has since brought us onto further residential developments.
One contractor for every electrical system in the building.
Regular coordination meetings kept our work in step with the wider construction programme.
| The challenge | How we handled it |
|---|---|
| High-spec finishes | How we handled it: Precise installation and close attention to detail throughout |
| Other trades on site | How we handled it: Coordination meetings and a detailed installation plan that fitted the main programme |
| Finished areas | How we handled it: Completed apartments protected while work carried on around them, without slowing the programme |
| Late design changes | How we handled it: Flexible planning and a fast turnaround, with no change to the handover date |
